ABI Lab promotes projects for banking innovation with particular relational impact on institutions and stakeholders. Its initiatives and projects are characterised by the participation of a range of different institutional and non-institutional parties and contribute to enhancing the position of the banking sector on the national and international stage.

The ABI Award for Innovation in Banking Services

Since 2011, ABI has been giving awards to banks which distinguish themselves for innovative action, creative expertise, the ongoing ability to resolve problems, interaction and developed engagement of users to optimise systems and processes and to respond to the increasing speed and complexity of markets.

Award of Awards

The ABI Award for Innovation in Banking Services also takes part in the National Award for Innovation (“Award of Awards”).
